A big..big day!!

In the last few months Paige has been after her Dad to get out her bike and teach her how to ride without her training wheels. Today was the day! Joe got home from work and told Paige it was warm enough to give it a try. She went and got her helmet and knee pads on(becuase you know safety first!)and just started riding. Wow was that kid ever ready. She was so excited and even though she had not been feeling well all day she stayed out and rode for hours. I was standing on the side walk in my socks clapping and cheering and getting all teary-eyed like an idiot. No...like a Mom. I am so proud of her.
I still remember the first time I rode my bike all the way across the street and into the Andersons newly watered grass. I was alone and I was sure that it was the greatest thing I would ever accomplish in my life. It may still be in my top 100! Anyway it was a big..big day!
